Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HostPari website and services, you signify your unequivocal acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with all policies, guidelines, and documents referenced herein. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. Services Provided

HostPari offers a comprehensive suite of web-related services including:

• Web Hosting: Shared, VPS, Dedicated, and Reseller hosting solutions.
• Domains: Registration, transfer, and DNS management.
• Add-ons: SSL certificates, email hosting, and security solutions.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register. By registering, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3.2. Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. HostPari is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. Prohibited activities include:

• Illegal Content: Copyright infringement, child pornography, hate speech.
• Network Abuse: DDoS attacks, botnets, port scanning, spamming.
• Malware: Hosting or distributing viruses, trojans, or malicious code.

Violation of the AUP may result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Payment and Billing

Services are billed on a recurring basis. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing terms of your selected plan.

• Renewals: Services automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Refunds: Refund eligibility varies by service type. Domain registrations are generally non-refundable.
• Late Payment: Failure to pay may result in service suspension and eventual termination/data deletion.

6. Data Backup and Loss

While HostPari performs internal backups for disaster recovery, we do not guarantee the availability of these backups for individual account restoration. You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of your data.

7. Uptime Guarantee (SLA)

HostPari guarantees a 99.9% network uptime. If we fail to meet this guarantee in a given month, you may be eligible for service credits calculated as a percentage of your monthly fee.

8. Termination

You may cancel your service at any time via the client dashboard. HostPari reserves the right to terminate services for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HostPari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka.
